for KarryDotCom
Order processing and delivery times
All orders are normally despatched by 1st class Royal Mail Recorded Signed For or Parcelforce signed for within 3 working days (Monday to Friday inclusive)within the UK Mainland, European and International Orders are despatched by International Signed For Airmail. We reserve the right to select a different method of carriage at our discretion.
Maximum weight in one parcel to Europe and the Rest of the World by Royal Mail is 2kg, if your order exceeds this we will have to split the delivery packages and re-assess the postage. If you have a DHL account and would like to arrange for a parcel to be collected on your account, we are happy to oblige.
Any claims for non-delivery or shortages must be made in writing within 3 days of delivery or 14 days of the order being placed respectively. No claims will be investigated after this period.
If in the unlikely event any item is discontinued or temporarily out of stock, we will inform you as soon as we are informed from the distributor. We can then discuss with you a full refund or an alternative product.
Returns
We offer a full money back guarantee for all faulty items. To qualify you must email us with details of the fault within 3 days of the goods arriving and await our reply. We may then ask you to return your goods, which must be received by us within 30 days of the original receipt of the goods, complete with all original packaging and labels intact. As long as these conditions are met, we will happily offer a full refund. Prior to sending your item back, please email us to explain the fault and await our reply. We also recommend, for your own security, that you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office.
Unfortunately we are unable to offer a full refund for any other reason than the item is faulty or is not as described on our site, in this case a 20% restocking charge will be deducted from your refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
Cancellations
If you choose to cancel your order once payment has been made, you must notify us immediately. If the item has not been despatched, you will be entitled to a full refund. If the order has been despatched then you will be subject to our returns proceedure (see above).
Payment
We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Solo, and Delta. All credit/debit card details given to this site are secure.
Those wishing to pay by cheque have the option to print an order form and post us their order with payment by cheque. United Kingdom cheques only please. Once payment has cleared, your order will be processed and your goods despatched.
Prices
All prices quoted on our web site are in pounds sterling and inclusive of VAT.
Offers
Any offers advertised on this site do not include the value of the postage, and will therefore not be deducted from the cost of the postage.

A new addition to our ever growing range of products is matching and co-ordinating Straight Binding. Designed to be used with farics bought from us, but can equally well be used with fabrics from your own stash. Alternatively if you have a fabric of your own that you would like us to make up into a continuous length of either straight or bias binding, or you require a different length to that listed please email us.
